It's Breast/Chest Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we’re taking the opportunity to share this video City of Hope — one the leading cancer research institutes—created, detailing how to check yourself. Doing a self exam monthly is an important tool in early detection. If you’re over 50, a mammogram is recommended annually.

According to The World Cancer Research Fund International, breast cancer is the the most common cancer in women worldwide, but we know it’s not only women that can develop this sometimes lethal type of cancer.

We think breasts are too important to the survival of the human race to ignore this fact. Check out the video if you’re not sure how to perform a self exam. And check out our organic Milk Made tea, specially blended with ingredients to keep your chest producing nutrient-dense milk to nourish your babe.
